香港豉油皇炒麵

  • 1 Pack fresh egg noodles
  • 1 hand full bean sprouts
  • shredded ginger, onion, chives
  • Garlic or shallot, finely chopped
Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1½ tsp raw sugar
  • sesame oil, to taste
